‘Portrait Mercury ☿️’ (2025)
 
Part of a series of three painting, the first portraits of the intuitive world I am exploring through art. You could perhaps refer to them as Adam, Eve and in this case a third that is something in between Adam and Eve. This one being the one in between. Furthermore they have a clear reference to the planetary system and alchemy.
 
These are the first paintings with a incorporated 3d element added.
The wooden 3d elements are from an earlier project, resembling the rich and endless variations in character traits based on the archetypes. They are attached to the frame with a magnet, making them interchangeable.
